Ready for the Holidays

We’re entering my first holiday season with the Amy Eve Jo shop, and I’ve been hard at work, making sure everything’s in place for you to have a pleasant experience. Here’s a quick overview of what I’ve implemented.

Easy Returns

I almost don’t want you to read this because, ideally, you’d never even think of returning any Amy Eve Jo item.  Luckily, I haven’t had any return requests yet, but I’ve prepared, just in case. As of last week, if you wanted to return something, you had to email me first, and I’d “figure out” some way for you to get the package sent back to me and process the transaction.

Now, there’s an easy returns system in the shop. All you have to do is go to the “My Account” page,  click on “request return” next to the item you want to return, and you’ll see whether that item is eligible for return. If you don’t have an account, or if you received a gift, you may initiate a return at a  “request returns” page. I’ll send you a return shipping label, if you’d like, then refund you in the original form of payment or store credit. So, it’ll be a lot easier than emailing me. If you prefer to email me, that’s fine too.

Extended Holiday Returns

Normally, the return policy is 30-days from the ship date. But for November and December purchases, I’m extending the return period to 60 days or store credit until February 1. So, this gives you and your gift recipients a full month to decide.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are the perfect way to share the Amy Eve Jo love without needing to spend too much time deciding on which item to give. Currently, I have eGift Certificates available, but let me know if you really want a physical gift card option.

Black Friday? extra savings

Sure, why not? I’m planning to start the sale on Wednesday, 11/25, with extra savings, just for my email subscribers. So, if you haven’t already, sign up!
