What is your return or warranty policy?
Due to everything being on clearance right now, everything is FINAL SALE.
Of course, if you receive a defective item, that’s totally on me and I don’t want you stuck with a lousy product. Just email me at [email protected] or fill out the contact form and I’ll give you a refund, replacement or repair.
If you’ve worn something and it needs to be repaired, EVEN after the store closes in May 2022, I want to fix it for you. Most likely, the repair won’t cost you anything, except to ship it back to me. Just email [email protected] or fill out the contact form and I’ll diagnose the issue and come up with a solution that we’re both thrilled with.
How much is shipping?
All US shipping is free for orders $49 or more.
Orders under $49 ship for $10.99 flat rate.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed after April 27, 2022 will ship the week of May 2, 2022.
May I cancel or edit my order?
Probably! Just email me within 12 hours at [email protected] or fill out the contact form. Beyond 12 hours, I’ll accept cancellation requests at my discretion, so go ahead and ask and I’ll probably accommodate you.
