Shipping and Returns

What is your return policy?

I want you to love your Amy Eve Jo goods, so items in original/new condition may be returned within 30 60 days of ship date, for a refund or shop credit.

GIFT CARDS are nonrefundable.

Initiate a return by selecting the items you’d like to return from your My Account page. If you received the item as a gift or just don’t have an account, you may fill out the  returns request form. Or email [email protected]

  • When you select your refund in the form of STORE CREDIT or REPLACEMENT: Return shipping is free and we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label, if you request one.
  • When you select your refund in the form of ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT: You may still order a return shipping label through this form, and $8 will be deducted from your refund. Or, you may use your own shipping method.

How much is shipping?

Domestic US orders

All US shipping is free for orders $150 or more.

Orders under $150 ship for $7 flat rate.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, via USPS or UPS, and you’ll receive your package within 3 days of ship date.

 International orders

International shipping will be calculated by actual shipping cost.

When will my order ship?

In stock items will ship within 3 days.

Backordered  items (items not in stock) will ship anywhere between 3 days and 4 weeks, depending on the item. The turnaround time is posted on each product description.

For gifts

Due to the lead time of custom handmade products, if you’d like to send a gift to someone but it won’t arrive in time for the gift-giving day, I can send an email or physical card, which notifies them that they have a gift from you, coming their way. This is kind of like when you send a gift subscription, and they get an email saying that their “first issue will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks.” Just add your message in the comments section of the checkout page and I’ll send them an email or a card.

May I cancel or edit my order?

Sure. Accidents happen. Just email me within 12 hours at [email protected] or fill out the contact form. Beyond 12 hours, I’ll accept cancellation requests at my discretion, so go ahead and ask and I’ll probably accommodate you.
